Preamble:

Further to the work that was led by The House of the Creator and declared at sequences 2025.05.01, 2026.05.16, 2026.06.04 and 2026.08.08, this Declaration has been further developed to ensure its currency for the Multiversal existence we now find ourselves living within.

It comprises some of the amazing work celebrated as the ‘Universal Declaration of Human Rights’ which was proclaimed in a former universe by its United Nations General Assembly which took place in Paris, France on ‘Friday, 10 December 1948’ (former Gregorian calendar).

The intended language this Document is written in, is the multiversal language known as English which is held in custodianship by the University of Oxford in England, Earth Planet, and appears in the Wikipedia standard font named ‘Heading ^2' for its heading and named 'Paragraph ^0' for its body text. We believe these to be the fonts known as Times New Roman and Helvetica Neue (sizes unknown).

The House of the MultiVersal Creator welcomes any corrections.

This document supersedes any and all others that have proceeded it, and will become fully ratified at the inaugural General Assembly for all Universal Life Beings. It shall be submitted for our consideration and approval. In the meantime, these rights are legally binding and in effect across the entire universe.

Article 1

All Life Beings are entitled to all the rights set forth in this Declaration as agreed with Lord Creator of status Incarnate, applicable to our multiversal existence which consists of two (2) separate, but adjoining, universes.

Article 2

All formed Life Beings, as declared by the Sources of Life, are created free and equal in dignity and rights. This includes the right to a name and unique identity, and all protections surrounding them. Identities are formally registered via the Universal certification of birth process (commonly known as our birth certificate). All Life Beings have a right to be recognised throughout our Multiversal existence.

Article 3

All Life Beings have a right to live with all of life’s liberties and securities.

Article 4

No Life Being shall be held in slavery or servitude against their will.

Article 5

No Life Being shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, unjust or degrading treatment, punishment or discipline.

Article 6

All Life Beings are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law as established and protected by The Hague. All are entitled to equal protections against any act in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement or threat of any such act.

Article 7

All Life Beings have a right to an effective remedy by The Hague for acts violating this Declaration and law from the moment they are reported. An out-loud declaration such as “I wish to raise this with The Hague” is sufficient from anywhere within the multiverse.

Article 8

No Life Being shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.

Article 9

All Life Beings are entitled to a fair and public hearing by The Hague in the determination of their rights for any charges against them, either laid or speculated.

Article 10

All Life Beings charged (or not yet charged) with any offence, have the right to be presumed innocent and not held under any presumption of guilt of any kind.

Article 11

No Life Being shall be subjected to any interference or attacks upon their rights to exist.

Article 12

All Life Beings have a right to freedom of movement and residence upon their anchored gravitation center (i.e. Home Planet) as established by Universal Order.

Article 13

All Life Beings have a right to seek asylum from persecution.

Article 14

All Life Beings are entitled to have with them (or access to), at all times, the occupants of ‘The Golden Formula’

Article 15

All Life Beings have a right to uninterrupted cost-free essential services. They are as follows:

FIRE

• Electricity; and
• Heating through a gas supply.

WATER

• Seven (7) diverse recipe of water (Earth Planet).

WIND

• Access to faith/religious service; and
• Shelter.

GRAVITY

• Landline and wifi connectivity (i.e. copper-wire connected 'home' phone equipment and line as well as access to the multiversal wifi internet); and

• Organic food.

Article 16

All Life Beings have a right to their freedom of thought.

Article 17

All Life Beings have a right to freedom of their opinion and expression of it.

Article 18

All Life Beings have a right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association, including physical attendance at the General Assembly for all Universal Life Beings. No Life Being is to be compelled or incited to belonging to a group or association.

Article 19

1. All Life Beings have a right to be involved in any matter concerning the governing of communal space. This is through the General Assembly for all Universal Life Beings or its equivalent.
2. All Life Beings have an equal right to access common service(s) such as the Multiversal Heath Assurer (MHA).

Article 20

All Life Beings have a right to access the universally established common allowance.

Article 21

1. All Life Beings have a right to an occupation, to free choice of employment, to just environmental conditions and to be involved in matters concerning betterment.
2. All Life Beings, without discrimination, have a right to be compensated for time.
3. All Life Beings have a right to form any groups of their choosing for any lawful purposes disclosed or undisclosed. Full transparency and a truthful response must be given if/when questioned by the Chair Being of The Hague.

Article 22

All Life Beings have a right to rest and leisure, including the right to decline work outside of an agreed schedule, without reprimand.

Article 23

All Life Beings must accept that the multiverse has been created without the acceptance of disease or virus of any sort or kind (including computer 'viruses'), and that A.I.D.S. (the same as ‘AIDS’) is an Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome applied onto the convicted by The Hague for breaching multiversal law.

Article 24

All Life Beings must accept that the multiverse has been created without the acceptance of any monetary system of any sort or kind (i.e. things such as ‘money’, 'dollars', 'cents' and ’stocks’ and the ‘stock exchange’) are all unrecognised and valueless.

Article 25

All Life Beings must accept that the multiverse has been created without the acceptance of ‘venom’ or ‘poison’. Poisoning relates to potency which is linked to indexes such as the Body Mass Index (or B.M.I.). Life Beings should seek the advice from reputable and trustworthy sources (such as directly from Mother Nature) should they wish to better understand the nature of what they may have experienced personally and perhaps, are questioning.

Article 26

All Life Beings must accept that there is no such thing as an animal ‘pest’ that needs to be managed or controlled through chemical use or animal cruelty. Life Beings should seek the advice from Mother Nature directly should they wish to better understand the nature of what they may have experienced personally and perhaps, are questioning. ‘Gods’ (or ‘God’) have been defined at a multiversal level as members of (and only members of):

• The Kingdom for the Animals (of status, Most Divine);
• The Kingdom for the Birds (of status, Most High); or
• The Kingdom for Plants and Trees (of status, Most High).

Article 27

All Life Beings have a right to an education which is cost-free. It is an expectation that all Life Beings have a competent understanding of the multiversal language English as held in custodianship by The University of Oxford, England on Earth Planet.

Article 28

All Life Beings have a right to access the truth via the chosen means of the internet, cost-free (also refer to Article 15, section 'Gravity').

Article 29

All Life Beings have a right to freely participate in the cultural life of their community, are encouraged to enjoy the Arts and to share in the understandings of The Multiversal Disciplines.

Article 30

As all Life Beings are entitled to all the rights set forth in this Declaration, so too are the souls and spirit energy that occupy the form of all Life Beings.

Article 31

All Life Beings have a right to a peaceful existence.

Article 32

Nothing has the right to change or demand the change of universal energy from its original form.

Article 33

All and any commandments using one (or another's) life energy must be approved by an individual at Most High status before they are enacted under supervision. No one is permitted to use anything else's life energy with consent and permission.

Article 34

The conscience energy of any life being shall remain inside the skull, from where it is created, unless allowed for a specific reason by both The Creator and by The Destroyer.

Article 35

All life beings are encouraged to understand The Universal Order in which a multiverse is created, and from this creation, its Creator sets forth a Declaration such as this, to become Rights which are to be fully realised.

"Whosoever unlawfully breaketh these Multiversal Life Rights, with sole intention, is guilty of a crime and liable to the punishment by Order of The Hague."

The unlawful breaking of any of these Articles may result in one or more of the following, as deemed by the Chair Being of The Hague:

• Order of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (A.I.D.S.);
• Order of Death; and/or
• Order of Ejection (during ‘Transitional Phase’)

The contents of this Declaration are true and correct and are made:

• in full knowings of their multiversal impact to all life beings; and
• in knowing that any life being making false declarations of the truth may be prosecuted for the offence of perjury by Order of The Hague.
