MicroSourcing is a business process outsourcing (BPO) company founded by Australian entrepreneur Philip Kooijman in the Philippines. It offers offshore staffing and business support services. The company operates 13 service delivery centers in the Philippines and Colombia, and its clients represent a range of industries.^[1]

Founded in 2006 by Philip Kooijman, MicroSourcing began as an offshore staffing provider for Australian and international businesses, with teams based in the Philippines. In 2014, Salmat, an Australian marketing services company, purchased a 50 percent stake and took over management. In 2016, Salmat acquired the remaining shares, making MicroSourcing a wholly owned subsidiary.^[1]

In December 2019, Salmat agreed to sell MicroSourcing to Probe BPO Holdings, a company backed by Australian private equity firm Five V Capital. The transaction was completed in early 2020 as part of Probe Group's strategy to expand its outsourcing operations in the Philippines.^[1]^[2]^[3]
