Early life and education
[edit source]Parker was born in Houston, Texas, and attended Episcopal High School in Bellaire, Texas. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Naval Architecture. In late 2023, an American ownership group led by Parker acquired the operations of the Prague Lions, an American football club in the Czech Republic.[4][5][6] The acquisition took place while the previous operator was facing insolvency, allowing the club to continue its operations for the 2024 season.[7][8]
In 2026, Parker and the Prague Lions became founding members of the European Football Alliance (EFA), an independent European American football competition.[9][10]
