Kuo Zhang (Chinese: 张阔) is a Chinese technology executive. He is currently serving as President of Alibaba.com, the business-to-business (B2B) marketplace of Alibaba Group. Zhang previously worked at IBM and Microsoft before he joined Alibaba Group in 2011, where he helped develop merchant-facing tools for Taobao.[2] Later, he served as president of Alibaba.com, overseeing the company’s global wholesale operations and expansion efforts in markets like the United States.[2][3]

Zhang emphasis on utilising digital tools to make sourcing easier for small and medium-sized businesses.[4] He has spoken of long decision cycles in B2B trade and the possibility of technology alleviating complexity.[3][5]
