Juliet Elise Moore (born November 26, 2002) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder for USL Super League club Dallas Trinity FC. She played college soccer for the Mississippi State Bulldogs and the Houston Cougars.
Early life
[edit]Moore grew up in Dallas, Texas, as one of three daughters born to William and Susan Moore. Her father formerly competed in track and field at Rice University.[1] Moore played club soccer for Solar SC and D'Feeters SC before eventually joining Sting SC.[2] With Sting, she contributed to two youth national championships and an additional Elite Clubs National League national final appearance in 2017.[1][3] Moore attended the Ursuline Academy of Dallas, where she was a three-time all-district honoree and two-time team captain.[1] She led Ursuline to two Texas state championships.[4]
College career
[edit]Mississippi State Bulldogs
[edit]In November 2020, Moore signed her National Letter of Intent to attend Mississippi State University.[3] As a freshman with the Bulldogs in the 2021 fall season, she racked up 78 minutes of playing time after making 7 substitute appearances. Moore made 18 appearances the following year.[1] She netted her first collegiate goal on September 11, 2022, scoring in a 4–0 win over Presbyterian.[5] Two matches later, against LSU, she recorded a career-high 58 minutes in the only starting appearance of her Mississippi State career. In the 2022 SEC tournament, she registered an assist in the Bulldogs' opening-round victory over Texas A&M. Moore was also called on to participate in both of Mississippi State's NCAA tournament matches at the end of the season.[1]
Houston Cougars
[edit]Moore transferred to the University of Houston ahead of her junior year. She started in 8 of her 18 appearances as a first-year Cougars player, leading the team with 5 assists. As a senior in 2024, she was Houston's top goalscorer with 5 on the year.[6] Three of her goals came in a single match against Texas State on September 1, 2024, with Moore's hat-trick becoming the eighth in Cougars program history and first since 2016.[7] She made a career-high 14 starts, only coming on as a substitute twice that year.[6]
Club career
[edit]Moore trained with the Houston Dash in the 2025 National Women's Soccer League preseason, but did not ultimately make the team's final roster.[8]
On July 8, 2026,[2] Moore was announced to have signed her first professional contract with hometown club Dallas Trinity FC of the USL Super League.[9]
