Leaving Sindh
[edit]In 1465, Jam Nizamuddin II expelled Jam Bayazid and his brother Jam Ibrahim from Sindh. sources describe Jam Bayazid and Jam Ibrahim as younger brothers of Jam Nizamuddin II and by that relationship belonging to the Royal family of Samma Sultans of Sindh. However this isn't considered true by the modern histories.
They were given shelter by Husseyn Langah, Sultan of Multan. After settling in Multan Jam Bayazid, started a Madressah at Multan. In 1469 Jam Bayazid was allotted fief of Shorkot, after Husseyn Langah conquered it and Jam Ibrahim was given fief of Uch.
