GCX Managed Services (GCX) is a managed network services provider (MSP).

GCX is headquartered in London, with offices in Mumbai, Germany, Italy, Singapore and Australia.

The company was previously branded as Global Cloud Xchange alongside FLAG - a provider of subsea cable and data center infrastructure services, before rebranding.

History

In September 2022, 3i Infrastructure plc acquired 100% of GCX group for an enterprise value of $512 million, including $377 million in equity investment and additional debt financing, marking a shift to private equity ownership[1].

In 2023, GCX launched its cybersecurtiy division[2]

In 2024, the company fully dropped the Global Cloud Xchange branding and re-branded as GCX, at the same time the submarine services division re-branded as FLAG.

In September 2026, GCX expanded it's channel business across europe[3]
