History
[edit](NEED INTRO SENTANCE HERE)
Jennifer Schlieper, co-owner and director, began her career in creative and brand strategy at Ketchum, one of the world's largest public relations firms, where she worked on launching and rebranding products and services for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. She later moved into corporate marketing, leading GNC's global marketing efforts as one of the company's youngest senior executives. In 2017, she co-founded Flying Scooter Productions with Courtney Gumpf, describing the decision as coming from a “need to do something that mattered for those who matter.” Over the past nine years, Schlieper has worked as a filmmaker, director, producer, and writer while continuing to lead strategic initiatives for global clients in manufacturing, construction, health, beauty, and law. She has also worked with nonprofit organizations and helped raise funds through storytelling and brand activations. Schlieper has been involved in Pittsburgh's film industry through organizations such as the Pennsylvania Film Industry Association, where she serves on the board of directors.[2] Her work has been featured by Film Pittsburgh, including through the organization's Three Rivers Film Festival, where she was recognized for her work as a filmmaker and producer.[3]Additionally, she is a member of the Recording Academy and serves on the boards of The Amelia Project, Beauty Restores Foundation, and the Seachange Foundation.
