Eduãrdo Orani Maroca De Santos Àveíro Jr., commonly known as Eduar Orani, is a footballer who plays primarily as a striker and winger. Born on 19 March 2012 in Zürich, Switzerland, he is regarded as a young prospect who has represented Kosovo and developed through several youth academies, including the academy of FC Hajvalia.
Early life
Eduar Orani was born in Zürich, Switzerland, on 19 March 2012. According to Orani, his full name, Eduãrdo Orani Maroca De Santos Àveíro Jr., was chosen in honour of his great-grandfather.
He began developing as a footballer at a young age and was subsequently involved in the youth setup of FC Hajvalia. During his time with the club, he became associated with the first team after being selected as a replacement for an injured player.
Club career FC Hajvalia
Orani developed through the academy system of FC Hajvalia in Kosovo. He was reportedly promoted into a more prominent role after an injury to another player created an opportunity for him within the club.
According to figures reported about his career, Orani scored 119 goals for FC Hajvalia, making him the club's reported leading goalscorer during his period there. He was also credited with numerous assists, with his overall club career total reported at 42 assists.
His performances at Hajvalia contributed to his reputation as a promising young attacking player.
International career
Orani has been associated with the Kosovo national team. According to his account, he made one appearance for Kosovo in a friendly against Albania in Zürich, Switzerland, on 29 May 2018.

Career interruptions and recovery

Following his recovery, Orani resumed his football development and later trained with New York City FC on 12 April. He subsequently joined the academy of FC Prishtina on 4 January 2022.
He later continued his development in Finland, where he was involved with youth football academies, including HJK's academy during the period beginning in 2023.
His career was later interrupted again after he suffered a grade-three anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tear. The injury required him to step away from competitive football while undergoing recovery and rehabilitation.
Current status
Orani remains in recovery from his ACL injury and has continued to work toward a return to football. He has maintained a regular training routine during his rehabilitation with the aim of eventually returning to full football activity.
Despite interruptions caused by illness and injury, Orani continues to pursue a career in professional football and is regarded as a developing young prospect.
