Christoph Rademacher is a German legal scholar specialized in intellectual property law. He is currently a Professor at the Graduate School of Law of Waseda University and the Co-Director of Waseda's RCLIP (Research Center for the Legal System of Intellectual Property).[1]
Early Life and Career
[edit]Christoph is a registered New York Attorney[2] and received an LL.M. from Stanford University in 2009, and has been involved in Stanford University's Tokyo Alumni Community.[3] He has had experience in law practice, having worked at Baker & McKenzie GJBJ Tokyo Aoyama Aoki Koma Law Office.[4] Before joining the Faculty of Law of Waseda University, he was an Assistant Professor at Waseda Institute for Advanced Study (WIAS).[5]
Awards
[edit]In 2019, Christoph Rademacher received the 2019 Waseda Research Award in recognition of his recent scholarship, especially his work in Japanese Patent and Design law in English language, published by western authors.[6]
