Father: Hrayr Galestian, a well-known Iranian Armenian musician and one of the first Iran Air Boeing 747SP flight engineers (departed).

Mother: Arax Galestian (Khoudadian), a well-known Iranian Armenian seamstress and dressmaker and owner of a famous modern bridal shop and dress boutique in Tehran (departed).

Brother: Ara Galestian, a well-known business advisor and international commerce professional.
