Akbar Ram Korram is a retired Indian Police Service (IPS) officer and politician from Chhattisgarh. He has contested elections from the Bhanupratappur Assembly constituency and has been associated with the Hamar Raj Party.
Early life and education
[edit]Public election records describe Korram as a postgraduate. His 2022 election affidavit states that he completed his graduation in 1984 and an M.A. in Sociology in 1986 from Government College, Kanker, and Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. In 2023, Korram contested the Bhanupratappur (Scheduled Tribe) constituency as a candidate of the Hamar Raj Party. He received 3,217 votes.
