Appearance

City Electrical Factors (CEF) is a British electrical equipment retailer based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.[1][2] Its affiliate in the United States and other countries operates as City Electric Supply (CES).[3][4]

The company was incorporated in 1938,[5] but dates its establishment in its current form to 1951 when it was taken over by Tom Mackie, an RAF veteran who expanded it into a chain.[6][7] His family continue to own it as of 2026.[8][9][10][11][12]
