Cenheard is an obscure, male, Anglo-Saxon given name.
The sole attested Cenheard gave his name to the market town of Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, recorded in the 11th century Domesday Book as Chenaresburg.[1] The name is sometimes written as Cěnheard[2] or Cēnheard.[3]
