Likely covert advertising. All three accounts create promotional drafts in their userspace, then copy them directly into mainspace. Most are promotional. They also overlap on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Michael Serwa (created by Notthesteps) and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Sun West Mortgage (created by Fightforsocialjustice).
