• Supporting evidence: John Gilding is the plaintiff in a lawsuit against former NATCA (National Air Traffic Controllers' Association) President John Carr, among others. The lawsuit is centered on a series of defamatory blog articles published by Mr. Carr. Unfortunately, John Carr's co-defendants and/or union supporters have begun using Wikipedia to continue the campaign of using the internet to post defamatory information about John Gilding. Declined - there's insufficient evidence of abuse to warrant checkuser here. Furthermore, I'm not sure what exactly is to be achieved by it here. Please treat this as a standard WP:BLP case - Alison ^❤ 16:59, 7 August 2008 (UTC)
