The anon took over edit warring at Chilean coup of 1973, as User:CJK had reached his 3 reverts and stopped editing. 24 hours later the anon stopped editing, and User:CJK returned. Bertilvidet 19:59, 7 August 2006 (UTC)

Clerk note: The problem with this request is that if it were answered, it would "out" someone's IP address over a single incident of 3RR evasion. Do you have any evidence that this person is a persistent 3RR violator/avoider? Thatcher131 (talk) 20:17, 7 August 2006 (UTC)

No, I dont have any evidence; and I am aware that my suspicions might be groundless. From their block log I can see, that the user once has been blocked for 3RR, and from their talk page I can see they have got a couple of warnings. Bertilvidet 20:23, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
