This user appears to be carrying on indef-blocked User:Frys104's work. The edits are both very similar in their destination and their result. However, the most striking thing are the following:

See who the last change was a reversion for, and then note the editing pattern similarities between the last vandal (listed in the subsequent revert) and this user. Diffs are near identical, and the repetitive nature of these coincidences leads me to believe that it is not a coincidence, but rather a indefinately-blocked user continuing on with their vandalism.
