Miltopia

• Code letter: N/A (in all my experience as a checkuser clerk, I believe this check is justified, yet it isn't given a code letter)

Simple story: Miltopia was blocked by MONGO. Miltopia was then unblocked. Then someone created the account Gentgeen Militopia wheel war vs MONGO. It was blocked for trolling shortly after. Then someone reinstated the block on Miltopia, citing that it was for trolling on the other account (the "vs" one). Miltopia has since complained on his talk page, claiming that wasn't him who was with the other account, despite the ... coincidental ... timing. He has also echoed these sentiments on IRC. I think you see what I mean - it'd be good to clear it up once and for all. Daniel.Bryant ^{[ T · C ]} 08:37, 15 November 2006 (UTC)

With the ordinary precautions that IP evidence is gameable, and self-requests should be taken with a grain of salt, the two are on totally different ISPs, the latter being on 207.200.116.0/24, which has a lot of other Luna-San-related vandal account creation.
