[edit]I almost came here to ask what "H." stands for in this context, but eventually I noticed a footnote in Library of the Congress of Mexico and was able to confirm the full meaning, "Honorable", without difficulty. But I still wonder at its use — it's easy to find lots of references to "H. Congreso de la Unión", and they appear to be a good deal more common than "Honorable Congreso de la Unión" (see es:Biblioteca del H. Congreso de la Unión, for example), and I'm left wondering why. Is "Honorable" normally abbreviated in Spanish titles? Is this some unusual form of legal citation? Nyttend backup (talk) 16:07, 26 January 2018 (UTC)
