I think the page should be locked at time of closure of the issue, not available to be edited, and not edited or "cleaned up". Roukan 18:34, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
I apologize, I was trying to mark the discussion page on the second nomination for deletion for cleanup, and not the article itself. The article needs wikification. Feel free to close this page anyone. I'm not sure how to do that. Tiamut 23:50, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
