Nomination of Example source for merging into Example target

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Example source is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be merged into Example target.

The article is being discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Example source until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may still edit the article, including to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the AfD notice from the article until the discussion is closed.

This is a customized wrapper for the {{AfD-notice}} template, which means it is built upon the other template's code. Parameters from {{AfD-notice}} will only work here if they have been added to this template.

Any breaking changes to this template, including moving it or nominating it for deletion, must be communicated in advance to Twinkle's users and maintainers at Wikipedia talk:Twinkle. The standard installation of Twinkle relies on this template. Thank you.

Usage

This template is intended to be placed on a user talk page to warn contributors of an article that the article has been proposed to be merged into another article. This template should always be substituted lest attempted replies should modify the template page; editors are encouraged to modify substituted templates to suit unique circumstances.

To use, append {{subst:mergenote|Name of nominated page}} to a user talk page; a section heading will be automatically created.
