If non-empty parameter government is present, the line is displayed in bold.
Parameter party may be replaced with parameter other, which is displayed as it is, i.e. without a link.
Some applications of this template show use of the closing table code, |}, at the end of the final usage. See Staffordshire edit screen for example.
