Techakhasar is a village in the Padum tehsil of Zanskar district in the Indian union territory of Ladakh. It falls under the Tongri Gram Panchayat.[1][2]

According to the 2011 census of India, Techakhasar has 45 households. The effective literacy rate (i.e. the literacy rate of population excluding children aged 6 and below) is 52.07%.[1][2]
