This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest was declined. The requested change is already done.

I propose that the location information for Zynex be updated from Lone Tree, CO to Englewood, CO in all instances in this article as they have moved their offices from 10000 Park Meadows Drive, Lone Tree, CO 80124 to 9555 Maroon Circle, Englewood, CO 80112.
