[edit]Here, Commons user Emreksd (contributions) says that he is the copyright holder of a photograph by Patel. Here, Commons user Emreksd says that he is the copyright holder of a photograph that he says is taken from yatinpatel.com. Presumably Commons user Emreksd is Patel.
