Neutrality
[edit]The neutrality of this article is disputed because it focuses solely on the negative aspects of Welch's career, with no mention of any positive results achieved. The present version has been cleaned up significantly -- it is apparent that the original author had something of a bone to pick with Welch. However, while I have removed as much blatant negativity as possible, I don't have the time ore resources to research Welch's entire career to provide a more balanced picture. I invite others to do so. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 14:25, 19 April 2012 (UTC)
