New definition of Wagri

Since 2017, Japan Agriculture Ministry has been using the word WAGRI in the Japanese Agriculture arena. As such, I would like to have a new page inserted some how on Wikipedia that will allow creation of a new link to the new WAGRI meaning which I will add in both Japanese and English and then also a link to this site as well.

I otherwords, somebody needs to create a page that links to both this and a new site I wish to add concerning WAGRI as defined by Japanese Agriculture Ministry.
