Image copyright problem with Image:Vodafone.png
[edit]The image Image:Vodafone.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Wikiproject - why London
[edit]Why is Vodafone part of the London Wikiproject? I can't see a reason for it? --Biker Biker (talk) 23:33, 9 December 2012 (UTC)
Spectrum list
[edit]Should there be a list of every network's spectrum on the Vodafone page or just Vodafone's? I quite like the way that the Korean network pages do it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KT_Corporation#4G_LTE Could we consider something like this?

Vodafone Logo
[edit]Isn't it time that this page had the actual logo of the network in the infobox?? The one used on the main Vodafone page would be sufficient enough for use. ALL the other maor UK networks pages (EE, O2 and Three UK) have their logos displayed on the pages so why cant Vodafone UK. Superdry19 (talk) 04:34, 23 June 2018 (UTC)
MNVOs
[edit]Please can the article include MNVOs on the Vodafone UK network, as shown in List of United Kingdom mobile virtual network operators John a s (talk) 13:30, 29 June 2018 (UTC)
Proposed merge of Vodafone Broadband UK into Vodafone UK
[edit]The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.
This article is about a product offering from Vodafone UK. It is not notable enough to stand on its own and so should be trimmed of its promotional tone and merged into the parent article. 10mmsocket (talk) 11:54, 10 December 2025 (UTC)
- Vodafone Broadband is officially trademarked under Vodafone Group PLC to cover the fixed telecommunication service operations. It represents a business faction that sells and trades under this name. It is not simply a product offering but encapsulates an entirely different business function away from its traditional mobile telecommunication operations. This feels it warrants it's own page, similarly to Sky Broadband. Hamish07 (talk) 14:22, 10 December 2025 (UTC)
- @Hamish07 Vodafone Broadband shouldn't and neither should sky broadband Yass2929 (talk) 17:25, 15 January 2026 (UTC)
- Wikipedia articles are organized by reader understanding – not corporate org charts/trademark registrations. To consumers, Vodafone Broadband is a service offering from Vodafone UK, alongside mobile and phone services. The fact that it's a separate trademark is not grounds for a standalone article.
- There is an excessive amount of detail here (router specs, speeds, product tier names, etc). A lot of this content does not meetWP:NOTCATALOG policy. The relevant encyclopedic content like acquisition of C&W infrastructure, partnership with CityFibre, entry to broadband market, etc should be rolled up into the Broadband section of Vodafone UK. TuesdayMuffin (talk) 15:53, 22 January 2026 (UTC)
- Fully agreed. See my reply under @Hamish07's comment. Additionally, I've proposed that Sky Broadband should follow a similar merge for consistency as both product pages share similar issues. Talk:Sky UK#Proposed merge of Sky Broadband to Sky UK TuesdayMuffin (talk) 16:19, 22 January 2026 (UTC)
