AI tools addition
[edit]Hello, as part of my work with Beutler Ink, I have been asked by Vimeo to periodically request updates to this Wikipedia article. Because of my financial conflict of interest, I will not directly edit the article, instead hoping that independent editors will make appropriate changes on my behalf.
I'd like to suggest adding mention of the recent addition of AI tools to 2020–present, and have prepared the following addition using a reliable source:
- Vimeo added a new suite of AI powered tools to its software in June 2023, including a script generator, on-camera teleprompter, and an editing option to automatically remove pauses and filler-words.[1]

@Masem: Inviting you to take a look, as I know you've reviewed requests from past Vimeo representatives.
Feedback and suggestions are always welcome. Cheers! BINK Robin (talk) 18:06, 23 October 2023 (UTC)
- I don't see any issues with that adding (sourced to a third-party and generally neutral in tone) so I've added it. Masem (t) 01:03, 3 November 2023 (UTC)

Infobox question!
[edit]Hi hi! Question for all who curate Vimeo. It appears our article focuses on Vimeo the company while the article's infobox employs the WEBSITE type. Any idea why that is?! One would assume Template:Infobox_company would be more appropriate, but perhaps some detail escapes me.
Thank you so much. :) Little cap (talk) 00:54, 28 August 2024 (UTC)
