The restaurant chain was part of the Saga Foods Corporation before it was sold to Marriott. It featured well designed menus, dark interiors and high-backed, cozy booths.

First unit located in the Rivera Village of Redondo Beach CA. Founded by Wally Botello whom later after branching to several Southern California locations sold the Brand to Saga corporation. The brand was not funded in Menlo Park. Mr. Botello later independently opened the Desert Tortoise in Ranch Mirage CA. 35.149.58.42 (talk) 22:31, 18 July 2025 (UTC)Reply
