Beach Boulevard proposed merge

An anonymous IP has called for the merger of Beach Boulevard (Jacksonville, Florida) to this article. In principle I agree and I've considered this as far back as the days when I was working on this article. However in an earlier discussion, another editor offered the option of converting it into a WP:USST article.
