• The lead is really long (1/3rd of the article, I estimate). I suggest you shorten it, especially the met history parts.
• a tropical storm named Yinxing this is redundant with the former mention.
• Microwave imaging showed the development of a nascent microwave eye... this sentence is long. I think you need to chop it.
