I was hoping to clarify what "impact too skinny" meant - that seems an importance judgement, not a quality criterion Nosebagbear (talk) 17:47, 9 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Nosebagbear: The impact simply needs more information in order for the article to be considered C class. It is quite incomplete right now. There should be a lot more considering the storm did a billion in damage. Additionally, an aftermath should be constructed given the damage level. This fits the definition of a start article as listed: "An article that is developing, but which is quite incomplete". Noah^Talk 22:15, 10 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
