Source: "'Now that’s a pink elephant,' said Jerry Corbett of Webster, who wheeled up to the front lawn of Irondequoit’s Trinity Communion Church Wednesday night, just as pink-spattered painters were wrapping up their “pink-ifying,” if you will, of a pachyderm that has been in residence, in various stages of completeness, for about a month. The purpose of the elephant is really to engage the church family in making the building and themselves more visible to the surrounding community - albeit in a whimsical way.... The about 10-foot-tall elephant has a plywood frame but was also constructed of chicken wire, some cement, papier mache, fabric and glue." Dclemens1971, this is new enough and long enough and plagiarism-free enough and well-verified enough and etc.--but would you consider adding "in New York" or "in upstate New York" to the hook, for clarity's sake? Drmies (talk) 21:42, 7 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
