North American Agglos

None in Africa?

Are there no transborder agglomerations in Africa?

How about Goma and Gisenyi, Brazzaville and Kinshasa (though only a ferry liks these two), or maybe N'Djamena and Kousseri linked by a bridge a few km away? Astronaut (talk) 19:48, 28 November 2012 (UTC)

What about Gibraltar (UK) and La Línea de la Concepción (Spain)?

Combined, they have roughtly 95,000 inhabitants. More, if more cities in the Campo de Gibraltar (Spain) are included. Edudasoares (talk) 06:27, 7 September 2023 (UTC)

A few suggestions for South American entries.

The following should be included in my opinion:
Concordia (Argentina) and Salto (Uruguay) – about 283k people, connected by a bridge just a few miles north of the cities.
Yacuíba (Bolivia) and Salvador Mazza (Argentina) – about 130k people.
Cobija (Bolivia) and Brasiléia + Epitaciolândia (both Brazil) – about 124k.
Guayaramerín (Bolivia) and Guajará-Mirim (Brazil) - about 85k, connected by ferry.
Huaquillas (Ecuador) and Aguas Verdes (Peru) – about 72k, up to 126k if you include Zarumilla (Peru), which is adjacent to Aguas Verdes.

List of Binational Cities

What ever happened to the category/page for a list of binational cities? That page used to come up whenever one searched for it, but now search engines point here, and it's very confusing and frustrating for those looking for that query. I see there's a page called "Cross-border town naming", but it's not clear or intuitive, nor is it complete. The city of Huaquillas in Ecuador/Peru can no longer be found in any of these lists.
