While the reference is sort of funny, it's a bit obscure, and on the practical level I don't think it's at all necessary to include a three-step set of instructions on how to use a toothpick. --Mr. Billion 23:03, 14 November 2005 (UTC)

24 billion?

That is exactly what I thought on reading the article - make some reasonable assumptions and you find the average toothpick user is spending $100 on toothpicks every year, which is kerrrazy stuff. So I've removed it. Egg Centric 23:27, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
