What happened?

[edit]

The history of this page is blanked, and the page seems to have been created 1st November. And yet I had it on my watch list. Why? How? What? Whither? Mlewan 04:11, 1 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

The original version was created by a now banned user intent on pushing his own cranky philosophy. Rather than trying to work out how much of the article was compromised by his own original research, we thought it was better to delete the page and recreate it from scratch. --Folantin 07:57, 1 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
Ok, I thought so. It was just strange not to find any history at all. No problem. Mlewan 10:08, 1 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Did you know nomination

[edit]

5x expanded by ThaesOfereode (talk). Number of QPQs required: 2. DYK is currently in unreviewed backlog mode and nominator has 33 past nominations.

General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
    QPQ: Done.

Overall: Article is new enough, long enough. Hook facts are interesting (though ALT1 may be a DYKFiction issue). I personally prefer ALT2. No copyvios or close paraphrasing found. Looks good to go.  — Chris Woodrich (talk) 19:45, 21 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

@Crisco 1492: Thanks for the review. Looking at this with fresh eyes, I think ALT2 might be the strongest of the four as well. Best, ThaesOfereode (talk) 22:49, 21 September 2026 (UTC)Reply
