Limited Sources

It has been suggested that this article may rely excessively on sources too closely associated with the subject, potentially preventing the article from being verifiable and neutral, and that I improve it by replacing them with more appropriate citations to reliable, independent, third-party sources. The problem is these are articles about Texas Military Medals, so there are only a few sources that address the facts and information about them, and of course they are all from the Texas Military Department. Any other sources I did root out would just be citing the same regulations. This is a rare topic where there really aren't other sources to describe the design and specifications of military awards except the regulations that govern them. I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Thanks for creating this page as a daughter article to the broader Awards and decorations of the Texas Military. Given the size/scope of the articles it seems reasonable to keep these separate, although the similarity of the stucture would also make them suitable for tabulation at the Texas military awards page.
