Problems

Major work needed
[edit]Just at a glance there are problems with this article, which is a shame since a fundamental principle in IL. I'm seeing misstatements myself. Needs lots of work. I've added this article to the International Law WP and will list it under cleanup in that WP's task list. IMHO (talk) 19:41, 2 June 2012 (UTC)
