@AnonSooner19 and I have started editing the draft but it is NOT ready for review. This article was published and reverted to a draft by another editor with instructions to edit and then click the Submit for Review button. We don't see the Submit for Review button and guess it must have been clicked by accident at some point. This is not quite ready for review. We will post again when it is.
