The sad thing is that, apart from teachers who are forced to comply with changes, the ones that really miss out are the students! Teachers and admin staff are frazzled by the lack of leadership, resources, business systems and common sense! As staff currently will be paid no matter the quality of the work, quality of training is currently questionable while working under current work conditions. While both teachers and students may know something matters are amiss, both groups are powerless to effect any change.
