1. Sexism

She was a very successful songwriter with a number of big hits. As a hit maker I think she was actually AHEAD of her husband, Guy Clark, who was remarkable on an artistic level but not so much commercially. Yet in this article her marriage and friendships to famous men are in the first paragraph of her article, while their relationships to her are afterthoughts in their own articles.
