- 13+ years later... I agree. It is essentially a definition. And the definition of the word is little more than an antonym to modular / prefabricated buildings. This should be deleted, and possibly redirected to Modular Building? Palehose5 (talk) 12:35, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
I came across this page and found it more helpful than a Wiktionary page would have been. The state of article needed some work (and probably still does). I tried to add a little more substance about the term and it's context within other building topics. Even for the comments above, "Traditionally built" also seems like a US centric term of art. Stone, adobe, and wattle and daub would all be more "traditional". People use the term stick built to mean something and it's good to have a page for what that means, even if maybe someone could expand/refine a bit even on what I added. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.239.180.9 (talk) 20:14, 21 August 2025 (UTC)
