I agree. This was clearly written by Shmelev to serve as some sort of 'independent' CV. I have removed some of the more egregious promotion but kept the overview of his (own) research because I think it is noteworthy. Needs an expert to come through and add more secondary sources that aren't his own articles because this page otherwise serves as a bit of a personal website. I moved the qualifications to an infobox so it wasn't a big block in the middle of the article. Watching this permanently because it seems Shmelev has edited this in the past himself.
