Improvement really needed
[edit]The page is just a stub and needs substantial improvements (if not full rewriting). I'm going to change it.
Working on page as part of assignment
[edit]Hi I'm going to be working on this page to try improve it from a stub class. I'm doing this as a part of a university assignment.
Image in Background is mislabeled/not even skeleton code.

Code typically found in Java, following a skeleton based structure
but as far as I can tell, it's actually Python, and I can't figure out what about it uses concepts of skeleton programming.
