[edit]No MergeSerials Solutions is a distinct entity owned by proquest. Having a separate base of operations, a dedicated sales force, a clearly separate product line, a large customer support team. Added sections with citations regarding notable aspects of the company. Clearly missing is a iteration and explaination of the product line with links to the significant technologies at play such as openURL and federated searching. Also missing is explaination of the significance of serials solutions' recent promotion to CONSER affiliate status.
