This article is full of unavailable citations. I tear my brain out trying to find verifiable citations! We could probably merge this with Urban seismic risk. Even better, we should have a way for subject matter experts to be certified. Zeizmic (talk) 00:16, 14 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Articles cited in this post are all published journal articles.
