The article says: "Species in this order have recently been reclassified into the Perciformes." I have not seen this in any text books and the Order still appears in Fish Base @ . The Timeline diagram shows Ophiodon first appearing in the Pliocene, which conflicts with the Lingcod article which notes Ophiodon ozymandias in the Miocene. 142.90.103.148 (talk) 03:18, 9 March 2016 (UTC)an occasional anonymous contributor.
Largest scorpaeniform fish (inconsistent articles)
[edit]This article names the lingcod (1.52 m; 59 kg) as the upper end of the range, but the skilfish article lists its max as 1.83 m and 91 kg. Shofutai (talk) 05:38, 23 September 2020 (UTC)
