Are you sure this Sam Kito is/was a lobbyist? Sam Kito Jr. was one of the more legendary lobbyists in Juneau in recent decades. It can be argued that he is far more notable than this Sam Kito, but I'm getting pretty tired of explaining that line of thinking to people who see Wikipedia as "the sum total of human knowledge as far as the 21st century is concerned" and don't realize it.
